Our customers are at the heart of what we do, and we’re always looking to improve our customer service and your experience with us. That’s why we’re launching our very first Customer Research Panel, so we can give you the chance to test changes to our online account and app before general release.
We really value your feedback, so as a thank you, all opportunities will be rewarded.
What does it involve?
The tasks required will vary depending on what features we’re testing. Sometimes, it might involve testing certain journeys on the online account or completing surveys to gather interest and preferences over different design ideas.
Who’s eligible to take part?
You must be a current Ecotricity customer who uses the online account, either the web version or the app.
Most sessions are guided and take place over MS Teams. You will need to share your screen so our researchers can observe how you approach the tasks. Therefore, you must be confident with this software and sharing your screen to take part.
What do I need to do?
If you’re interested in getting involved, just give our UX team an email at research@ecotricity.co.uk to register your interest. We’ve put together an email template for you to use, so all you need to do is copy and paste this into a new email and fill in your details. If you don’t have your account number to hand, don’t worry – we should be able to find you using the rest of the details.
